Support
- Since Zangle is a district enterprise software solution, we provide support primarily to the district help-desk and technical staff. Our support team consists of technical and application specialists dedicated to helping clients resolve issues and problems they are experiencing with the software.
- Support is available from 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern time. The Reference web site is available 24 hours a day for customers to access technical information, log a problem, monitor our progress on any previously reported problems, download patches, and review documentation.
- Extended support services are available for those districts that may need an extra hand. All of our services are geared toward enabling districts to make the best use of our products, and be self-sufficient in doing so.
