Training
- C Innovation offers a comprehensive training program that builds toward district self-sufficiency in the use and maintenance of our software. Through technical training for district technical staff, in-depth configuration training for the district implementation team, and thorough application training for district trainers, we take a train-the-trainer approach.
- Our ultimate goal is to support the district implementation team support their schools. When called upon to perform end-user training, we will; but our primary goal is to empower districts to deliver their own high-quality application training for their users. In this way, they are able to weave their specific policies and procedures into the training curriculum.
- We offer ongoing training sessions at our location for any customer in need of refresher training, training on new topics that they may have missed, and on new products and applications we develop. Documentation to support districts performing their own training is available through our Reference Web Site.
